Epic Meal Time: naan bread veggie pizza
As I keep trying to lose weight, I’m looking for alternatives to be able to incorporate better food in my diet. This is very easy to make, great source of carbs and good fats.
- naan bread
- bell peppers
- Cajun seasoning
- shredded cheese
Put a layer of hummus and a layer of guacamole on the naan bread, don’t be shy about the quantity.
Add some sliced pieces of bell pepper; red, green or yellow, your choice.
Add a layer of shredded cheese and sprinkle some seasoning. I like Cajun, you can use whatever you like.
Put it in a toaster oven for 4 – 5 minutes on high, let it cool off a bit before eating.
2 of these make for a great meal.
